The club will participate in the Rock Island Gallery Hop on Friday night May 6th.   We will open the building up for visitors at 6:00 to show off our facility, give demos, and offer turned items for sale.

Our meetings are held at the Desoto Building at 2324 3rd Ave, Rock Island, Illinois (map) on the third Tuesday of the month.

On the fourth Tuesday of the month the Pen Turning and Small Projects Group meets at the Desoto Building.

The Quad Cities Wood Turners Club is is a chapter of the American Association of Woodturners and is composed of wood turners from the eastern Iowa and northwestern Illinois area. The chapter meets for the purpose of getting to know other turners and sharing of one another's ideas. Club Meetings are held the third Tuesday of the month at the DeSoto Building, 2324 3rd Ave, Rock Island, Illinois. Visitors are welcome to attend a meeting and check out the facility.
